It’s all go!

Three weeks to submission and it’s all go! Yesterday I was working on some text for my Composite video in the afternoon. I have most of the images already there, having put them in 16:9 format last week. In the evening I started adjusting times for the text images.

In between I did a bit of Found Poetry. I wanted to make one in the of the cutout text type. I’d chosen a page of text from my thesis and took it with me on the train last Thursday and selected the text. I had worked on making Collage tissue paper recently, chose one page I liked and just stuck it to a blank page as a background for text. I cut out the selected text while dog sitting at noon, then stuck the text on the collage background in the early evening then scanned it later.

Also, I wanted to make a half realistic and half Cubist image in the manner of early Miro’s work. and was still finishing it at 2am.

As well I had my two daily walks with Finn in the woods, and made some journal images of details of these walks. I don’t know if I’ll find to add these to the journal pages.

I did have time for one meal and a snack too.
