I’ve been using Photoshop for a long time now, about 15 years, and I’m sure I’ll either be using it or Affinity Publisher for many more years for editing still images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, the world moves on and I want to present my work in different ways these days. I’ve done some collage and acrylic painting via a gel plate, but I’m still more comfortable with digital media. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have developed other methods of presenting my work recently. Last summer I took a workshop at the UdK, University of the Arts, Berlin on video editing, where I got to use Adobe Rush and Premiere Pro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In April this year I took a workshop on creating a Photobook at Belfast Exposed, and used Adobe Indesign and Affinity Publisher to make a newsletter of my current work to show my work to local galleries, and to produce other photobooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m currently using Rush again to make a video of my Composite work and am learning Camera 4D to make animated posters, etc. I have just discovered that Adobe are not saving files on Creative Cloud any more (since Feb 24), so my Rush project files are lost. I’m going to have to learn something else, probably Davinci Resolve, as it has a really good reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve been making websites for more than 20 years off and on. so I’m happy that I can stay up to date and remain capable of presenting my work online.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
